Meals for the week..

Its been awhile..

So this is our meal plan for the week.

Monday Leftovers from Father’s day ( we are grilling)

Tuesday

Whole chicken, bottle of BBq sauce, can of coke, a whole onion peeled and quartered, and a lemon quartered thrown in a crock pot cooked on low for 6-8 hours and a veg.

Wednesday Cresent pizza Rolls

INGREDIENTS

Pizza sauce
any kind of cheese you wish
Pepperoni’s
crescent rolls

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven by the directions on the crescent’s 2 unroll the crescents 3 place a pepperoni on the bottom side 4 Add half a tsp of pizza sauce 5 Put your cheese on top 6 Roll it up 7 Bake for about 8-10 mins. 8 Let cool and enjoy!
 
Thursday
Roast .. and vegs.  Combine the ranch, italian dressing and brown gravy packets with a 1/2 cup of water and pour over roast in a crock pot.
 
Friday
 
Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins wrapped in bacon and then top with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and a cup of sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at 225 for about 4 hours. Then remove foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
 
Saturday
Left overs
 
Sunday

not sure of all the sides.. I kinda wing that as I go. Thats why I love the co-op. I always have vegs on hand 🙂
