The title of this post cracks me up!! Most people that know me if real life know that I CAN NOT COOK!..

But one of my readers e-mailed me asking what  meals I made out of my whole chicken that I cooked in the crockpot yesterday..

So… Here are the meals and directions

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 lb. chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1 box Stovetop stuffing
Cook chicken until tender. Tear apart a part when cool and place in a 9 x 9 casserole dish. Cook stuffing according to box directions. Pour stuffing over chicken. Combine soup, and milk. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture over chicken and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI ALFREDO

4 chicken breasts
2 stems of broccoli
1 container of Alfredo sauce
1 box of fettucini noodles
Fry chicken breast and then dice. Boil noodles until softened. Bring alfredo sauce to slight boil and then add noodles. Steam broccoli, chopped. Pour noodles and sauce on plate top with chicken and broccoli and Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.

1 sm. pkg. macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 cans boned chicken, drained
1 tsp. celery flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 bell pepper
Cook macaroni according to directions, drain and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Bake another 5 minutes.

 

All with the meals above I made chicken quesadilla, bbq chicken and We are using the left over chicken for a Salad.

And Nolan and I had Chicken Salad Sandwiches for Lunch..

So I was able to make 7 meals out of ONE Whole chicken…. Now All the clean up is done and dinner is done for a few days! Saves me Ton’s of time energy and resources.
